Secondary title: | Development of a lightweight hydraulic cylinder |
Secondary abstract: | In the thesis, we focused on the development of a lightweight hydraulic cylinder, with an emphasis on optimizing weight and performance. Using SolidWorks software, we created 3D models of individual components and then conducted strength analyses using the finite element method (FEM). These analyses helped us identify critical points in the structure, and based on the results, we optimized the design to ensure sufficient strength while reducing weight. We also designed a durability test that will allow us to verify the actual performance against simulations in the future and assess the reliability of the cylinder under real-world conditions. |
