Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo zasnovali modularno vpenjalno napravo za obdelavo oljne kadi. Pri konstruiranju vpenjalne naprave smo morali upoštevati, da omogoča natančno pozicioniranje, omogoča zadostno ponovljivost vpenjanja. Ob tem smo morali biti pozorni na enostavnost in ergonomičnost vpenjanja. Izdelali smo navodila za montažo vpenjalne naprave, animacijski film montaže, eksplozijski model vpenjalne naprave in stroškovne kalkulacije. Določili smo tudi obdelovalne postopke, za katere smo izbrali ustrezna orodja in parametre, na podlagi katerih smo izbrali še ustrezen obdelovalni stroj.

Secondary abstract: |
In our thesis, we designed a modular clamping device for the machining of an oil pan. When designing the clamping device, it was necessary to consider that it allows for precise positioning, provides sufficient clamping repeatability. At the same time, we had to pay attention to the simplicity and ergonomics of the clamping. We have produced instructions for the installation of the clamping device, an animation film of the assembly, an explosion model of the clamping device and cost calculations. We also determined the machining procedures for which we selected the appropriate tools and parameters, based on which we selected the appropriate machining machine. |
