Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava konstruiranje samostoječega mehanizma sistemske plezalne stene. Cilj je bil skonstruiranti koncept mehanizma sistemske plezalne stene za bodoči plezalni center v Posavju. Predstavil sem, kaj je sistemska stena, vrste sistemov, podjetje Kilter, proizvajalce mehanizmov plezalnih sten in potek konstruiranja lastnega mehanizma plezalne stene. Prikazal in opisal sem postopek konstruiranja od analize konkurence, izdelave zahtevnika, kritične določitve pogona, konstruiranja konstrukcije plezalne stene, rešitev za optimizacijo montaže do trdnostne analize. V zaključku magistrskega dela sta prikazana in opisana končni izdelek in delovanje.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis addresses the design of a freestanding mechanism for a system climbing wall. The goal of the thesis was to design a concept for the system climbing wall mechanism intended for a future climbing center in Posavje. In the thesis, I presented what a system wall is, the types of systems, the company Kilter, manufacturers of climbing wall mechanisms, and the process of designing my own climbing wall mechanism. I demonstrated and described the design process, from competitor analysis, requirement specification, critical determination of the drive, designing the climbing wall structure, solutions for assembly optimization, to the strength analysis. The conclusion of the master's thesis presents and describes the final product and its functionality.
