Abstract

Poplave, ki so posledica ujm in močnih padavin, se pojavljajo vedno bolj pogosto zaradi podnebnih sprememb. Ker pa se je večina naselij ustvarila zraven vode so protipoplavni ukrepi še kako pomembni. Enako velja za Puconski potok, ki lahko poplavlja ob močnih padavinah. Zato so se v diplomski nalogi obravnavali in analizirali različni ukrepi. Obravnaval se je ukrep deževnih vrtov in suhega zadrževalnika. Obravnaval se je tudi primer vzdrževanja (košnja in urejanje potoka). Vzdrževanje potoka se je obravnavalo s padavinami z 10-letno povratno dobo, vpliv suhega zadrževalnika in deževnih vrtov pa s padavinami s 100-letno povratno dobo. Rezultati analize so pokazali, da je najprimernejši ukrep za padavine s povratno dobo 100-let suhi zadrževalnik. Uporabljen je bil hidrološki model padavine-odtok HEC-HMS. Vpliv deževnih vrtov pa je bil premajhen saj je na porečju premalo urbaniziranega območja. Vzdrževanje potoka (košnja in urejanje) pa je zelo primerno za padavine s povratno dobo 10-let, saj po analizi opazimo, da je to lahko razlika ali potok preseže bregove ali ne.

Secondary title: Evaluation of flood protection measures of the Puconski stream
Secondary abstract: Floods resulting from storms and heavy rainfall are occurring more and more often due to climate change. However, since most settlements were built next to water, flood protection measures are still important. The same applies to Puconski potok, which can flood during heavy rainfall. Therefore, various measures were discussed and analyzed in this graduation thesis. Rain gardens and dry retention reservoirs were discussed and analyzed. The case of maintenance (mowing and arranging the stream) was also taken into account. Stream maintenance was considered with precipitation with a 10-year return period, and the impact of the dry retention reservoirs and rain gardens with precipitation with a 100-year return period. Rainfall-runoff HEC-HMS model was used. The results of the analysis showed that the most appropriate measure for precipitation with a return period of 100 years is a dry retention reservoir. The impact of the rain gardens was too small, as there is not enough urbanized areas in the basin. The maintenance of the stream (mowing and arranging) is very suitable for precipitation with a return period of 10 years, because after analysis we noticed that the regular maintanence can be the difference whether the stream floods or not.
