Abstract

V magistrski nalogi je predstavljeno snovanje in konstruiranje stebrnega konzolnega žerjava za nalaganje in razlaganje pločevin na delovno mizo CNC-plazemskega rezalnika. To zajema definiranje in vrednotenje jeklene konstrukcije in premikajočih se delov žerjava v skladu z ustreznimi evropskimi standardi in zahtevami naročnika. Poleg standardov je bila za vrednotenje nosilnih elementov uporabljena tudi računalniška analiza z metodo končnih elementov. Glede na rezultate vrednotenj smo ugotovili, da smo žerjav ustrezno zasnovali in ga tako izrisali v 3D-modelirniku.

Secondary title: Design of a column-mounted jib crane
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents the design and construction of a column cantilever crane for loading and unloading metal sheets onto the worktable of a CNC-plasma cutter. This includes defining and evaluating the steel structure and the moving parts of the crane in accordance with relevant European standards and the client's requirements. In addition to the standards, a computer analysis using finite element method was employed for evaluating the load-bearing elements. Based on the evaluation results, we determined that the crane was appropriately designed and subsequently modeled in 3D-modeling software.
