Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava dinamsko in trdnostno analizo prečne žage, ki se uporablja za razrez plošč v proizvodnem procesu izolacije iz mineralne volne. Predstavljena je bila izdelava dinamskega modela nove generacije prečne žage. Z modalno analizo so bile določene lastne frekvence naprave in ugotovljeno neustrezno dimenzioniranje prirobnice krožne žage. Identificirani so bili najbolj zahtevni obratovalni pogoji. Izvedena je bila analiza sistema teles, ki je vključevala podstrukturiranje z modalno sintezo komponent. Ugotovljena so bila kritična mesta z vidika napetosti in vpliv časa pospeševanja naprave na njih. Predlagane so bile potencialne izboljšave. Analizirano je bilo tudi nihanje lista krožne žage med obratovanjem, ki je bilo znotraj zahtevanih toleranc natančnosti razreza.

Secondary title: Characterization of the dynamic properties of the machine for transverse cutting of insulation boards
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis deals with the dynamic and strength analysis of the cross-cutting saw, a machine used to cut insulation boards in the process of mineral wool production. The creation of a dynamic model for a new generation of the cross-cutting saw is presented. Modal analysis was used to determine the machine's natural frequencies, which highlighted the incorrectly dimensioned saw flange. The most demanding operating conditions of the machine were determined. A multibody simulation, which employed substructuring using component mode synthesis methods, was done. Areas of critical stresses and their magnitudes were determined, and the effect of the machine's acceleration was studied. We suggested potential improvements of the machine design. Additionally, the oscillation of the saw blade during operation was analysed and determined to be within the required tolerances.
