Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava primerjavo starega in novega pravilnika o učinkoviti rabi energije na podlagi enostanovanjske hiše v Nemčavcih. Za izračun potrebnih količin je bil uporabljen program KI Energija. Primerjava pravilnikov je bila izvedena na podlagi toplotne prehodnosti, letne potrebne toplote za ogrevanje, potrebne odvedene toplote za ohlajanje in koeficienta specifičnih transmisijskih toplotnih izgub. Kazalniki energijske učinkovitosti, ki so bili analizirani, spadajo pod področje gradbene fizike. V diplomski nalogi nas je še zanimalo, do kakšnih sprememb pride v sestavi konstrukcijskih sklopov, če upoštevamo star ter nov pravilnik. Na podlagi novega pravilnika je podana sanacija začetnega stanja, ki je potrebna za doseganje mejnih vrednosti. Izkazalo se je, da morajo biti po novem pravilniku konstrukcijski sklopi bolje izolirani, kar povzroči večje stroške pri renovaciji hiše, ampak se zmanjšajo transmisijske izgube. Posledično pa se zmanjša potrebna toplota za ogrevanje, kar pomeni tudi zmanjšanje stroškov ogrevanja.

Secondary title: Comparison of old and new PURES requirements for a small single-family house
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the old and new regulations of the efficient use of energy based on a single-family house in Nemčavci. The KI Energija program was used to calculate the required quantities. The comparison of regulations was carried out based on thermal conductivity, annual heat required for heating, required heat removed for cooling and the coefficient of specific transmission heat losses. The energy efficiency indicators that were analyzed fall under the field of building physics. In the diploma thesis, we were also interested in what changes occur in the composition of structural assemblies if old and new regulations are considered. Based on the new rulebook, the rehabilitation of the initial situation, which is necessary to achieve the limit values, is specified. It turned out that, according to the new regulations, structural assemblies must be better insulated, which causes higher costs in the renovation of the house but reduces transmission losses. As a result, the required heat for heating is reduced, which also means a reduction in heating costs.
