Abstract

Okužba sečil je zelo pogosta v otroški dobi. Akutna obolevnost otrok je velika. Poleg akutne okužbe se lahko pojavijo težave, povezane z brazgotinskimi spremembami in kroničnimi zapleti na ledvicah, predvsem takrat, ko je okužba neprimerno zdravljena, se ponavlja, ter pri obojestranski prizadetosti in sočasni prisotnosti prirojene napake sečil. Namen raziskave je bil proučiti zdravstveno nego otroka z uroinfektom.
