Abstract

Namen magistrskega dela je opisati celoten postopek razvoja visokonapetostnega baterijskega sklopa. V okviru zaključnega dela smo se seznanili z načrtovanjem parametrov akumulatorja, razvojem in izbiro sestavnih komponent, različnimi načini in postopki izdelave ter testiranjem celotnega sistema. Med procesom razvoja smo za dosego ciljev uporabili različne metode dela. Celoten postopek je zelo interdisciplinaren in zahteva poglobljeno znanje elektrotehnike in strojništva. Zaključno delo bo služilo prihodnjim generacijam ekipe UNI Maribor GPE pri izdelavi električnih dirkalnikov, pa tudi vsem ostalim, ki bi želeli razviti svoj baterijski sklop za napajanje različnih električnih naprav in vozil.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of this master's thesis is to describe the entire process of developing a high-voltage battery pack. As part of the final project, we became familiar with the design of battery parameters, the development and selection of components, various manufacturing methods and processes, and the testing of the entire system. During the development process, we used various methods to achieve our goals. The entire process is highly interdisciplinary and requires in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. The final project will serve future generations of the UNI Maribor GPE team in the production of electric race cars, as well as anyone else who wishes to develop their own battery pack for powering various electrical devices and vehicles.
