Abstract

Družbeno življenje ljudi, ki je prepleteno s finančnimi in gospodarskimi težavami, zagotovo prispeva h globalizaciji in množični mobilizaciji. Zaposleni v matičnih organizacijah se pri svojem delu vsak dan srečujejo z različnimi težavami, ki lahko ugodno ali negativno vplivajo na njihovo motivacijo in učinkovitost v procesu rasti. Programi usposabljanja so koristno orodje za večjo zavzetost zaposlenih, saj delavcem omogočajo pridobivanje novih kompetenc in sposobnosti. Zaposleni, ki so se udeležili izobraževanj, poročajo, da se glede na izkušnje počutijo bolj kompetentne in samozavestne glede svoje sposobnosti opravljanja poklicnih nalog. So zelo motivirani, da zadane naloge opravijo hitro in učinkovito, kar zagotovo vpliva na rast podjetja. Ogledali smo si teoretične koncepte, povezane z usposabljanjem, metodami usposabljanja, motivacijo na delovnem mestu in teorijami motivacije. V diplomskem delu bo skozi raziskovalni del prikazano, kako programi usposabljanja vplivajo na motivacijo zaposlenih. V fazi raziskovanja smo izvedli anketo, ki nam je dodatno pomagala pri iskanju odgovorov na raziskovalna vprašanja in doseganju vseh ciljev diplomskega dela. V Stopanski banki AD – Skopje smo ugotovili, da usposabljanje pozitivno vpliva na motivacijo zaposlenih. Odkrili smo tudi dejavnike, ki negativno vplivajo na motivacijo zaposlenih, kot so slabo organizirani programi usposabljanja, neprimerni delovni pogoji in občasno tehnične težave, ter dejavnike, ki pozitivno vplivajo na motivacijo, kot so podpora vodstva, uspešnost in zadovoljstvo pri opravljanju delovnih nalog, ustreznost vsebine usposabljanja in možnosti za karierno napredovanje. Razvili smo tudi predlog modela usposabljanja, ki bo pomembno vplival na povečanje motivacije za delo in razvoj zaposlenih v Stopanski banki AD – Skopje.

Secondary title: The impact of training on work motivation in the company Stopanska banka AD Skopje
Secondary abstract: People's social life, which is intertwined with financial and economic problems, certainly contributes to globalization and mass mobilization. Employees of parent organizations encounter various problems in their work every day, which can have a positive or negative effect on their motivation and efficiency in the growth process. Training programs are a useful tool for increasing employee engagement, as they enable workers to acquire new competencies and skills. Employees who have attended trainings report that, based on their experience, they feel more competent and confident in their ability to perform professional tasks. They are highly motivated to complete assigned tasks quickly and efficiently, which certainly affects the growth of the company. We looked at theoretical concepts related to training, training methods, workplace motivation and theories of motivation. In the diploma work, through the research part, it will be shown how training programs influence the motivation of employees. In the research phase, we conducted a survey, which additionally helped us find answers to research questions and achieve all the goals of the thesis. In Stopanska banka AD - Skopje, we found that training has a positive effect on employee motivation. We also discovered factors that have a negative impact on employee motivation, such as poorly organized training programs, unsuitable working conditions and occasionally technical problems, and factors that have a positive impact on motivation, such as management support, success and satisfaction in performing work tasks, performing work tasks, adequacy of training content and opportunities for career advancement. We have also developed a proposal for a training model that will have a significant impact on increasing the motivation for work and the development of employees in Stopanska banka AD - Skopje.
