Abstract

Magistrsko delo prinaša sodoben genealoški pregled rodbine Lamberg, ene najpomembnejših plemiških rodbin na Kranjskem. Na podlagi revizije že znanih in pritegnitve novih virov je razložena delitev rodbine na štiri glavne linije: ortneško, kamensko, boštanjsko in črnelsko. Predstavljeni so vsi člani zadnjih treh linij, pri ortneški do sedme oziroma desete generacije. Časovno se pregled razteza od poznosrednjeveških začetkov do začetka dvajsetega stoletja, ko je umrla zadnja članica kamenske linije. Na pregleden in preverljiv način so prikazana njihova sorodstvena in posestna razmerja ter politična dejavnost. Posebna pozornost je namenjena tudi njihovim nagrobnikom.

Secondary title:	The genealogical and possessional image of the Lamberg family
Secondary abstract:	This master's thesis provides a modern genealogical overview of the Lamberg family, one of Carniola's most important noble families. Based on a revision of the already known and the involvement of new sources, the division of the family into four main lines is explained. These are named after their castles of Ortnek, Kamen, Boštanj and Črnelo. The thesis details all members of the last three lines, going as far as the seventh and tenth generations in the case of the Ortnek line. The timeframe covered spans from the late medieval origins to the start of the 20th century when the last member of the Kamen line died. Their familial relations, holdings, and political activity are presented in a clear and verifiable manner. Special attention is also paid to their tombstones.
