Abstract
V magistrskem delu bomo predstavili digitalno transformacijo v zavarovalniškem sektorju, in sicer na primeru izbrane zavarovalne družbe.
Z digitalizacijo se v poslovnem svetu srečujemo že nekaj desetletij. Strmenje k hitrejšemu in učinkovitejšemu načinu poslovanja z digitalizacijo poslovnih procesov, prinaša v poslovno okolje številne spremembe in rezultate. Prav slednje je vsebina magistrskega dela.
Vsebinsko je magistrsko delo razdeljeno v tri dele: najprej bomo predstavili zavarovalniški sektor v Sloveniji ter njegove značilnosti. Podrobneje bomo predstavili nekatere zavarovalne pojme, kot so zavarovanje, zavarovalnica, zavarovalna pogodba, zavarovalni zastopniki in posredniki ter navedli subjekte zavarovalnega trga- agencijo za zavarovalni nadzor in Slovensko zavarovalno združenje. V drugem delu se bomo osredotočili na digitalno transformacijo ter njenimi vidiki in tehnologijami. Posebno pozornost bomo namenili digitalnim tehnologijam, kot so internet stvari, velike količine podatkov, umetna inteligenca, strojno učenje in druge. Omenjene tehnologije pomembno vplivajo na donos organizacije z njenimi elementi- strankami, konkurenco, zbiranje, obdelavo ter hranjenjem podatkov, inovacijami, dodatni vrednosti ter drugimi. Z zbiranjem informacij o vplivu digitalnih tehnologij na omenjene elemente bomo poskušali razumeti poslovno okolje (notranje in zunanje) organizacije ter na kakšen način se lahko tem spremembam prilagodi.
Eden od načinov prilagoditve je uvedba celovite programske rešitve ERP ali rešitve CRM. Slednji organizacije uporabljajo za namene vodenja in upravljanja vsakodnevnih poslovnih procesov. Delujejo lahko samostojno, kot celovita rešitev, lahko pa kot moduli, kateri se priključijo obstoječim sistemom. V tem delu bomo predstavili različne načine, na katere se lahko organizacije teh rešitev poslužujejo ter katere prednosti za poslovanje organizacije prinesejo.
V zadnjem delu bomo predstavili izbrano zavarovalno družbo, kjer se bomo osredotočili na njeno digitalno transformacijo poslovanja. – kako in na kakšen način so se je njeni zaposleni lotili ter kakšne posledice je ta proces prinesel tako za samo poslovanje zavarovalnice kakor tudi za njene zaposlene in stranke.

In the master's thesis, we will present the digital transformation in the insurance sector, using the example of a selected insurance company.
We have been dealing with digitization in the business world for several decades. The pursuit of a faster and more efficient way of doing business through the digitization of business processes brings many changes and results to the business environment. The latter is the content of the master's thesis.
The content of the master's thesis is divided into three parts: first, we will present the insurance sector in Slovenia and its characteristics. We will present some insurance concepts in more detail, such as insurance, insurance company, insurance contract, insurance agents and intermediaries, and we will list the subjects of the insurance market - the Insurance Supervisory Agency and the Slovenian Insurance Association. In the second part, we will focus on digital transformation and its aspects and technologies. We will pay special attention to digital technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning and others. The mentioned technologies have a significant impact on the return of the organization with its elements - customers, competition, collection, processing and storage of data, innovations, added value and others. By gathering information about the impact of digital technologies on the mentioned elements, we will try to understand the business environment (internal and external) of the organization and how it can adapt to these changes.
One way to adapt is to introduce a comprehensive ERP software solution or CRM solution. The latter are used by organizations for the purposes of managing and managing day-to-day business processes. They can work independently, as a complete solution, or as modules that can be connected to existing systems. In this part, we will present the various ways in which organizations can use these solutions and what advantages they bring to the organization's business.
In the last part, we will present the selected insurance company, where we will focus on its digital business transformation. - how and in what way did its employees tackle it and what consequences did this process have for the insurance company itself as well as for its employees and customers. |
