Abstract

Magistrska naloga preučuje upravičenost naložbe v toplotno črpalko in sončno elektrarno, pri čemer se osredotoča na zmanjšanje ogljičnega odtisa ter dolgoročno finančno vzdržnost. V nalogi so analizirani ključni dejavniki, kot so energetske potrebe, lokalni klimatski pogoji, stroški vzdrževanja, ter možnosti za pridobitev subvencij in drugih oblik finančne podpore. Ugotavlja se, da toplotne črpalke omogočajo energetsko učinkovito ogrevanje z izkoriščanjem naravnih virov, kot so zrak, voda in zemlja, ter lahko v kombinaciji s sončno elektrarno, ki zagotavlja obnovljivo električno energijo, pripomorejo k trajnostni energetiki. Naloga se primerja s prejšnjim sistemom ogrevanja na lesno biomaso, ki se zaradi pomanjkanja virov in naraščajočih stroškov izkazuje za manj vzdržnega. Obravnava, kako prehod na toplotno črpalko in sončno elektrarno omogoča dolgoročne prihranke ter zmanjša odvisnost od fosilnih goriv. Celovito so ocenjeni ekonomski in okoljski vidiki investicije, vključno s povračilno dobo, vplivom na zmanjšanje emisij toplogrednih plinov in trajnostnim razvojem. Tako naloga predstavlja celovit pristop k oceni smiselnosti prehoda na obnovljive vire energije za učinkovitejše in trajnostne rešitve ogrevanja ter pridobivanja elektrike.

Secondary abstract: The master thesis examines the viability of investing in a heat pump and a solar power plant, focusing on reducing the carbon footprint and long-term financial sustainability. The thesis analyses key factors such as energy needs, local climatic conditions, maintenance costs, and the potential for subsidies and other forms of financial support. It concludes that heat pumps provide energy-efficient heating by harnessing natural resources such as air, water and soil and, in combination with a solar power plant providing renewable electricity, can contribute to a sustainable energy economy. The inovation is compared with the previous wood biomass heating system, which proved to be less sustainable due to resource scarcity and rising costs. It discusses how switching to a heat pump and a solar power plant results in long-term savings and reduces fossil fuel dependency. The economic and environmental aspects of the investment are comprehensively assessed, including payback period, impact on greenhouse gas emission reduction and sustainability. The thesis thus presents a comprehensive approach to assessing the feasibility of switching to renewable energy sources for more efficient and sustainable heating and electricity generation solutions.
