Abstract

Prva so dejavniki zunaj neposrednega sodelovanja.

Secondary title: Factors of change in processes of support and help in social work
Secondary abstract: The doctoral dissertation addresses the topic of support and help processes in social work, with a focus on the interpersonal space co-created by social workers and users. Within this context, I focused on exploring the factors of change and the early experiences of all involved in these processes. The empirical part consists of a qualitative exploratory study. The research revealed that there are numerous factors of change in the processes, which I categorized into three main groups. The first group comprises factors outside of direct collaboration. The second and largest group consists of factors within the working relationship of co-creation. The third group, which is a subset of the second, includes safety and confidentiality within the working relationship. These two elements are directly connected to what occurs within the working relationship, but were highlighted as the most important by both groups of participants (users and social workers) during the research. The second part of the study examines t
