Abstract

V magistrski nalogi smo raziskovali razvoj in vključitev novih komponent v knjižnico Swood v programskem okolju SolidWorks. Predstavljen je podroben pregled programske opreme za 3D modeliranje in proizvodnjo lesenega pohištva, zlasti SolidWorks in dodatka Swood, ki omogočata napredno parametrično modeliranje in avtomatizacijo. Praktični del naloge obravnava izdelavo SwoodBox elementa za dvižni mehanizem Aventos, vključno s podrobnim opisom izdelave in testiranjem funkcionalnosti.

Secondary title: Development and integration of new components into the Swood library in the SolidWorks software environment
Secondary abstract: In this thesis, we have investigated the development and integration of new components into the Swood library within the SolidWorks software environment. A detailed overview of software for 3D modeling and manufacturing of wooden furniture is given, focusing on SolidWorks and the Swood add-in that enables advanced parametric modeling and automation. The practical part of the thesis deals with the creation of a SwoodBox element for the Aventos elevator mechanism, including a detailed description of its development and functional testing. The entire development process, from initial design to practical application, is shown. Results from practical tests comparing different design approaches with and without Swood libraries show that the use of library elements significantly reduces the time required to create furniture assemblies, increases adaptability, enables faster changes and ensures more accurate creation of production documentation.
