Abstract

Pomanjkanje discipline in motivacije predstavlja pogost izziv za posameznike, ki želijo vzpostaviti ali vzdrževati redno vadbo, kar še posebej velja v današnjem hitrem tempu življenja. Ti dejavniki pogosto otežujejo doseganje dolgoročno zastavljenih fitnes ter tudi drugih življenjskih ciljev. To nam je predstavljalo motivacijo za razvoj produkta, ki bi posamezniku pomagal pri uresničevanju posameznih zastavljenih fitnes ciljev. V diplomski nalogi smo se osredotočili na razvoj spletne aplikacije, ki pomaga pri reševanju teh izzivov z omogočanjem kreiranja personaliziranih vadbenih programov, natančnega sledenja napredku in zagotavljanjem dodatnih funkcionalnosti za motivacijo in organizacijo pri vadbi. Aplikacija navadnim uporabnikom (članom) nudi strukturirano in prilagojeno spremljanje njihovega napredka ter neposredno in učinkovito komunikacijo s trenerji, kar spodbuja boljše sodelovanje. Povratne informacije testnih uporabnikov so pokazale, da je aplikacija intuitivna in enostavna za uporabo. Prispevek diplomske naloge je izboljšanje uporabniške izkušnje, poenostavitev organizacije fitnes aktivnosti ter spodbujanje zdravega življenjskega sloga z uporabo sodobnih digitalnih orodij.

Secondary abstract: Lack of discipline and motivation is a common challenge for individuals seeking to establish or maintain a regular exercise routine, especially in today's fast-paced world. These factors often make it difficult to achieve long-term fitness goals as well as other life goals. This motivated us to develop a product that would help individuals achieve their individual fitness goals. In this thesis, we focused on developing a web application designed to address these challenges by enabling the creation of personalized workout programs, precise progress tracking, and providing additional features to enhance motivation and organization during training. The application offers regular users (members) structured and customized monitoring of their progress, along with direct and effective communication with trainers, which encourages better collaboration. Feedback from test users showed that the application is intuitive and easy to use. The contribution of the thesis lies in improving user experience, simplifying the organization of fitness activities, and promoting a healthy lifestyle through the use of modern digital tools.
