Abstract
V diplomskem delu so predstavljena teoretična izhodišča, ki opisujejo veljavno slovensko zakonodajo na področju varnosti strojev in naprav. Predstavljen je standard za varnost strojev in naprav SIST EN ISO 12100:2011, na podlagi katerega je izdelana ocena tveganja stroja za sestavo rotorskega paketa. V metodologiji je opisan stroj za sestavo rotorskega paketa in njegovo delovanje. Našteta so potencialna nevarna območja stroja. Predstavljene so vrste zastojev in pripadajoče nevarnosti z možnimi posledicami. Izdelana je ocena tveganja za dva primera, kjer se uporablja premostitev varnostnih elementov. Kasneje so podani predlogi za izboljšanje varnosti uporabe premostitvenih funkcij. V zaključku so predstavljeni glavni rezultati in ugotovitve diplomskega dela. Podani so tudi predlogi za nadaljnje delo.

Safety of repairs of an automated assembly machine when safety features are bypassed |

The thesis presents the theoretical foundations describing the applicable Slovenian legislation in the field of machine and equipment safety. The standard for machine and equipment safety, SIST EN ISO 12100:2011, is introduced, based on which a risk assessment for the rotor package assembly machine was conducted. The methodology section describes the rotor package assembly machine and its operation. Potentially hazardous areas of the machine are listed. The types of stoppages and associated hazards with possible consequences are presented. A risk assessment was carried out for two cases where the bypassing of safety elements is used. Subsequently, proposals for improving the safety of bypass functions are provided. The conclusion presents the main results and findings of the thesis, along with suggestions for further work. |
