Vpeljava MES sistema v podjetje TKI HRASTNIK D.D. ter testiranje MES sistema

Abstract

V sklopu magistrske naloge sem predstavil sistem za upravljanje s proizvodnjo, ki smo ga začeli uporabljati v podjetju TKI Hrastnik, d. d. V magistrski nalogi sem predstavil celotno testiranje tega sistema. Izvedel sem strukturirane intervjuje z uporabniki tega sistema ter nato intervjuje analiziral in s pomočjo analize potrdil oz. ovrgel hipoteze. Izkazalo se je, da sem pri testiranju naletel na več napak v delovanju. Vse težave so bile odpravljene pred prehodom v produkcijo. Izkazalo se je tudi, da so uporabniki zelo zadovoljni s sistemom za upravljanje proizvodnje.

Secondary abstract:	As part of my master's thesis, I presented the manufacturing executing system that we started using at the company TKI Hrastnik d.d.. During my master's thesis, I presented the entire testing of this system. I conducted structured interviews with the users of this system and then analyzed the interviews. Based on the analysis, I have accepted or rejected the hypotheses. It turned out that during testing I encountered quite a few errors and mistakes in the operation. All problems were solved before the actual transition to production. It also turned out that users are very satisfied with the manufacturing executing system.
