Abstract

Magistrska naloga se osredotoča na razvoj prototipa aplikacije, namenjene podpori otrokom s posebnimi potrebami v izobraževalnem procesu. Izvedli smo kvalitativno analizo potreb in izzivov, s katerimi se srečujejo učitelji. Glede na analizo smo razvili prototip aplikacije, ki je prilagojen za podporo individualiziranim izobraževalnim potrebam teh otrok. Prototip je zasnovan na način, da olajša komunikacijo med vsemi vpletenimi stranmi in izboljša dostop do relevantnih informacij in virov. Rezultati so pokazali, da lahko takšna aplikacija pozitivno vpliva na pripravljenost in sposobnost učiteljev za delo z otroki s posebnimi potrebami. Poleg tega smo raziskali, kako bi vplivala na učinkovitost izobraževalnega procesa, in identificirali ključne funkcionalnosti, ki prispevajo k njeni uspešnosti in sprejetosti. Na podlagi povratnih informacij uporabnikov med testiranjem pa smo predlagali tudi smernice za nadaljnji razvoj in izboljšanje aplikacije.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis focuses on the development of a prototype of an application intended to support children with special needs in the educational process. We carried out a qualitative analysis of the needs and challenges faced by teachers. Based on the analysis, we developed a prototype application that is tailored to support the individualized educational needs of these children. The prototype is designed to facilitate communication between all parties involved and improve access to relevant information and resources. The results showed that such an application can have a positive effect on the readiness and ability of teachers to work with children with special needs. In addition, we investigated how it would affect the effectiveness of the educational process and identified key functionalities that contribute to its success and acceptance. Based on user feedback during testing, we also proposed guidelines for further development and improvement of the application.
