| Secondary title: | Elastic potential based constitutive modelling of materials with consideration of stress triaxiality dependency |
| Secondary abstract: | Characterization of the mechanical properties of a material is essential for understanding its behavior under various loads and is fundamental for conducting simulations. Both the selection of a constitutive model and the mechanical tests used for model calibration are crucial. This thesis addresses both aspects of characterization: the first part presents a new constitutive model for anisotropic materials with a nonlinear response and dependence on loading condition type, while the second part provides a methodology for analytical extraction of the tensile, compressive, and shear responses from a four-point bending test. |
