Abstract
Analiza oskrbovalne verige podjetja Engrotuš d.o.o. je pokazala, da podjetje uspešno upravlja s procesi, vendar zaostaja na področju tehnoloških izboljšav, kar lahko vpliva na njegovo dolgoročno konkurenčnost. Najpomembnejši izzivi so na področju optimizacije transportnih poti, avtomatizacije skladišč, izboljšanja napovedovanja povpraševanja ter digitalizacije upravljanja zalog. Umetna inteligenca bi omogočala učinkovitejše delovanje celotne oskrbovalne verige, čeprav je celovita tehnološka prenova trenutno omejena zaradi strategije lastnika, ki je osredotočen na samo prodajo podjetja. Zato večjih kratkoročnih vlaganj v digitalizacijo ni pričakovati, kar pomeni, da bo treba rešitve uvajati postopoma in ciljno usmerjeno. Priporočamo uvedbo pragmatičnih tehnoloških izboljšav, ki lahko brez visokih investicijskih vložkov optimizirajo obstoječe procese. To vključuje digitalizacijo operacij v skladiščih, izboljšave na področju transporta in analitične sisteme na področju napovedovanja povpraševanja. Spremljanje konkurence ter postopna integracija stroškovno učinkovitih digitalnih rešitev bosta podjetju omogočila, da kljub omejenim investicijskim možnostim ohrani stabilnost poslovanja ter konkurenčnost na slovenskem trgu.

Secondary abstract: |
The supply chain analysis of Engrotuš d.o.o. is showed that the company manages its processes successfully, but is lagging in the area of technological improvements, which may have an impact on its long-term competitiveness. The most important challenges are in the area of transport optimisation routes, warehouse automation, improving demand forecasting and digitalisation inventory management. Artificial intelligence would enable the entire supply chains. However, comprehensive technological renewal is currently limited due to the owner's strategy, which is focused on selling the business itself. Therefore, no major short-term investment in digitisation is expected, which means that solutions will have to be introduced in a gradual and targeted manner. We recommend the introduction of pragmatic technological improvements that can be implemented without high investment optimise existing processes. This includes the digitisation of operations in warehouses, improvements in transport and analytical systems in the field of demand forecasting. Monitoring competition and progressive integration of cost-effective digital solutions will allow the company to continue to maintain business stability, and competitiveness on the Slovenian market. |
