Abstract
V diplomskem delu se osredotočamo na priložnosti in izzive umetne inteligence (UI) v vodenju projektov. Glavni namen raziskave je analizirati, kako UI lahko izboljša vodenje projektov in se učinkovito integrira v procese, hkrati pa prepoznati ovire. Za pridobitev podatkov in primerjavo orodij smo izvedli pregled funkcionalnosti orodji, praktični primer in analizo občutkov. Končni rezultati kažejo, da je UI učinkovita pri avtomatizaciji osnovnih nalog, medtem ko je človeško strokovno znanje ključno za kompleksnejše vidike. V sklepu ugotavljamo, da kombinacija avtomatizacije UI in človeškega znanja prinaša najboljše rezultate ter da bo človeški faktor ključen tudi v prihodnosti integracije UI v projektno vodenje.

Opportunities and challenges of artifical intelligence in project management |

In this diploma thesis, we focus on the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence (AI) in project management. The main purpose of the research is to analyse how AI can improve project management and be effectively integrated into processes, while also identifying obstacles. To obtain data and compare tools, we conducted a review of tool functionalities, a practical example, and a sentiment analysis. The results show that AI is effective in automating basic tasks, while human expertise is crucial for more complex aspects. In conclusion, we find that a combination of AI automation and human knowledge yields the best results, and that the human factor will remain key in the future integration of AI into project management. |
