Analiza vseživljenjskih stroškov za leseno montažno stavbo

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo na primeru enodružinske lesene montažne hiše, predstavili vseživljenjske stroške objekta za dobo 30 let. Najprej smo opisali metodo analize vseživljenjskih stroškov in njene glavne sestavne dele. V drugem delu smo opisali obravnavan objekt, predstavili njegovo arhitekturno in konstrukcijsko zasnovo. V zadnjem delu smo za izbran primer analizirali investicijske, obratovalne in vzdrževalne stroške ter izračunali preostanek vrednosti stavbe po preteku ekonomske dobe. Sledi predstavitev rezultatov analize in razprava. Osnovni namen izdelave diplomske naloge je, da potencialnemu kupcu lesene montažne hiše predstavimo vseživljenjske stroške, to je investicijske stroške in tudi stroške za obratovanje in vzdrževanje objekta.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma thesis presents a life-cycle cost analysis of a single-family prefabricated wooden house over a 30-year period. The first part outlines the methodology of life-cycle cost analysis and its key components. The second part provides a detailed description of the case study building, including its architectural and structural design. In the final section, we analyze the investment, operating, and maintenance costs, and calculate the building’s residual value at the end of its economic life span. The results of the analysis are then presented and discussed. The main objective of this thesis is to provide potential buyers of prefabricated wooden houses with a comprehensive overview of life-cycle costs — encompassing not only the initial investment but also the long-term operating and maintenance expenses.
