diplomsko delo
Abstract

The thesis explores the role of teaching methods in employee education and their impact on learning and motivation within an organization. In the theoretical part, the importance of knowledge as a key competitive advantage of modern organizations is highlighted, with a focus on the definitions, classifications, and characteristics of employee development, education, and teaching methods. Emphasis is placed on the connection between the selection of teaching methods and employees’ learning outcomes.
The applied part is based on scientific articles that analyze learning approaches in different environments. Based on the research questions and an in-depth analysis of the content, we found that approaches grounded in collaborative learning and the use of digital tools contribute to higher educational quality and increased employee motivation. As part of the hypothesis testing, both proposed hypotheses were confirmed: modern methods are more effective in knowledge transfer that traditional ones; employees in interactive learning environments demonstrate greater engagement and willingness to continue learning.
Based on the findings, we provided recommendations for the design of training programs that focus on the integration of interactive learning methods as integral parts of the educational program; increased support for training facilitators; and the involvement of participants in the development of training content.
The key finding is that the appropriate and well-considered selection of teaching methods is essential fort he successful education of employees. In addition to the content-related aspect, education also involves important psychological factors, such as the sense of belonging and internal engagement of employees. The findings of the thesis contribute to the understanding of how organizations can use educational processes as a strategic tool to achieve growth and long-term success. |
