Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava vpliv umetne inteligence na delovanje celovitih informacijskih rešitev, s poudarkom na ERP rešitvi Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Analizirana je vloga umetne inteligence pri optimizaciji poslovnih procesov, avtomatizaciji nalog in izboljšanju uporabniške izkušnje, pri čemer je poseben poudarek namenjen storitvi Microsoft Copilot. Predstavljene so ključne značilnosti orodja, področja uporabe umetne inteligence in konkretne prednosti, ki jih prinaša uvedba AI tehnologij v poslovno okolje.
