Abstract
Magistrsko delo raziskuje problematiko stresa na delovnem mestu v specifičnem javnem zavodu. Cilj raziskave je analizirati dejavnike stresa, njegove posledice ter strategije, ki jih zaposleni uporabljajo za soočanje z njim. Poleg tega se osredotoča na oceno učinkovitosti teh strategij in vlogo socialne podpore pri obvladovanju stresa. V empiričnem delu je izvedena anketa med zaposlenimi, ki meri pogostost stresa, ključne vire obremenitve, vpliv stresa na počutje ter načine spopadanja. Raziskava preverja več hipotez, med drugim razlike v doživljanju stresa med spoloma, vpliv starosti na obvladovanje stresa ter vlogo nadrejenih pri nudenju podpore zaposlenim. Na podlagi analize podatkov so podani predlogi za izboljšanje delovnega okolja in obvladovanje stresa v javnem zavodu. Raziskava prispeva k boljšemu razumevanju problematike stresa ter k oblikovanju učinkovitih strategij za njegovo zmanjševanje.

The master's thesis explores the issue of workplace stress in a specific public institution. The aim of the research is to analyze stress factors, its consequences, and the strategies employees use to cope with it. Additionally, it focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of these strategies and the role of social support in stress management. In the empirical part, a survey was conducted among employees, measuring the frequency of stress, key sources of strain, the impact of stress on well-being, and coping methods. The research examines several hypotheses, including differences in stress experiences between genders, the influence of age on stress management, and the role of superiors in providing support to employees. Based on data analysis, recommendations will be made to improve the work environment and stress management in the public institution. The research contributes to a better understanding of workplace stress and the development of effective strategies for its reduction. |
