diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa prve bolonjske stopnje Zdravstvena nega
Abstract
Izsledki raziskave so pokazali, da ustrezna zdravstvena oskrba, ki vključuje spremljanje vitalnih funkcij, upravljanje neželenih učinkov zdravljenja in psihosocialno podporo, pomembno vpliva na kakovostno okrevanje pacientov. Diskusija in zaključek: Diskusija v diplomskem delu poudarja pomembnost celostnega pristopa k negi pacientov.

Introduction: The process of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation represents a great challenge for both patients and employees, as nurses must have additional knowledge and skills in stem cell transplantation, and the procedure is also based on good preparation of the patient for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, which is crucial importance for performance. The course of the disease is rapid and requires immediate treatment. Methods: Qualitative methodology will be used in the thesis. Throughout the work, a descriptive method of scientific research will be used, where we will review the literature using the PRISMA diagram. Results: The thesis focuses on the key elements of nursing care in the recovery process of patients after transplantation. The results of the research showed that adequate medical care, which includes monitoring of vital functions, management of adverse effects of treatment and psychosocial support, has a significant impact on the quality of patients' recovery. Discussion and conclusion: The discussion in the thesis emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to patient care. The research findings clearly show that the recovery process is greatly improved when healthcare professionals focus not only on the physical aspects of treatment, but also on the psychosocial needs of patients. |
