Abstract

Avtomobilska industrija zahteva visoko raven kakovosti in zanesljivosti izdelkov. Naša naloga je bila izdelati prototipno orodje za montažo statorja v ohišje električnega servomotorja z uporabo krčnega naseda. Pri tem je bilo potrebno poskrbeti za varnost in ergonomijo operaterja. V prvem delu naloge je predstavljena teorija razvojnega procesa, delovanje indukcijskega segrevanja in zveza s krčnim nasedom. Predstavljena je tudi zgradba primera izdelka, ki ga bomo sestavljali s pomočjo izdelanega orodja. Najprej smo analizirali krčni nased izbranega servomotorja in izračunali teoretično potrebno temperaturo segrevanja. Raziskali smo naprave in orodja, ki se uporabljajo v industriji, in z orodji za razvoj izdelka določili najboljši koncept ter izdelali osnutek. Vsak koncept je predstavljen s postopnimi koraki izvajanja montaže in enačbami kombinacij delovnih funkcij. Na podlagi osnutka smo razdelali strukturo izdelka, izbrali primerne sestavne dele in izdelali 3D model s tehnično dokumentacijo za izdelavo orodja. V zadnjem delu razvoja so podrobneje predstavljeni sestavni deli, tehnologije obdelave in skupni stroški izdelanega orodja. Nalogo smo zaključili s testom delovanja orodja in preverjanjem zasnove motorja s preizkusom toplotnega šoka. Predstavili smo opažene pomanjkljivosti in poiskali primerne rešitve.

Secondary title: Development of a prototype tool for inserting the stator into the housing
Secondary abstract: The automotive industry requires a high level of product quality and reliability. The study focuses on the development of a prototype tool for assembling a stator into an electric servomotor housing using a shrink-fitting. It was necessary to ensure safety and ergonomics of the operator. The initial section of the paper presents the theoretical background of the development process, the operation of induction heating and its application in shrink-fitting. It introduces the structural design of the product to be assembled using the developed tool. An analysis of the shrink-fit process for the selected servomotor was conducted, and the required theoretical heating temperature was calculated. The devices and tools used in the industry were researched and the most suitable concept was determined by using product development methodologies. A preliminary design was then formulated. Each concept is accompanied by a step-by-step assembly process, including relevant equations for calculating work functions. Based on the selected preliminary design, the product structure was developed, appropriate components were chosen, and a 3D model along with comprehensive technical documentation was created. The final section of the paper provides a detailed overview of the tool’s components, manufacturing technologies, and total production costs. The study concludes with a tool performance test and verification of the motor design using a thermal shock test. Identified shortcomings are discussed, and potential solutions are proposed.
