Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava oceno požarnega tveganja stavb s poudarkom na različnih metodologijah za analizo požarne varnosti. Osredotoča se na primerjavo različnih metod, kot sta slovenska metodologija ocene požarne ogroženosti in metoda SIA, ter na njuno uporabo na konkretnem primeru večstanovanjske stavbe. V uvodnih poglavjih so predstavljene teoretične osnove požarne varnosti, vključno z zgodovinskimi primeri velikih požarov, ki so vplivali na razvoj standardov. Sledi pregled metod za ocenjevanje tveganja, ki so razdeljene na kvalitativne, kvantitativne in polkvantitativne pristope. Poseben poudarek je namenjen metodam, ki temeljijo na indeksih in kvantitativni metodi „Probabilistic Risk Assessment" (PRA). Osrednji del vključuje študijo primera večstanovanjske stavbe iz projekta „Soseska Dolnov Zlato polje", kjer sta uporabljeni slovenska metodologija in metoda SIA. Analizirana je skladnost in učinkovitost obeh pristopov, pri čemer je preverjeno, kako se rezultati različnih metod usklajujejo in katera zagotavlja natančnejšo oceno požarnega tveganja. V zaključku je poudarjena pomembnost stalnega razvoja metod za oceno požarne varnosti ter potreba po standardizaciji kvantitativnih pristopov v Sloveniji. Podani so predlogi za nadaljnje raziskave in izboljšave, ki bi prispevale k večji varnosti stavb ter zaščiti ljudi in premoženja.

The thesis addresses the assessment of fire risk in buildings, focusing on various methodologies for fire safety analysis. It emphasizes the comparison of different methods, such as the Slovenian methodology for fire hazard assessment and the SIA method, and their application to a specific case of a multiresidential building. The introductory chapters present the theoretical foundations of fire safety, including historical examples of major fires that have influenced the development of standards. This is followed by an overview of risk assessment methods, categorized into qualitative, quantitative, and semi-quantitative approaches. Special emphasis is placed on index-based methods and the quantitative „Probabilistic Risk Assessment" (PRA) method. The core part of the thesis includes a case study of a multi-residential building from the „Soseska Dolnov Zlato polje" project, where both the Slovenian methodology and the SIA method are applied. The compliance and effectiveness of both approaches are analyzed, examining how the results of different methods align, and which provides a more accurate fire risk assessment. In conclusion, the importance of continuous development of fire safety assessment methods and the need for standardization of quantitative approaches in Slovenia are highlighted. Suggestions for further research and improvements are provided, aiming to enhance building safety and protect people and property. |
