Spremembe televizijskega novinarstva in produkcije dnevnoinformativnih oddaj z epidemijo covida-19

Abstract

Magistrsko delo se ukvarja s spremembami, ki jih je za televizijsko novinarstvo prineslo obdobje covida-19, in s prilagoditvami, ki so jih pri svojem delu na ta račun sprejeli člani uredništva 24UR na POP TV. Cilj magistrskega dela je raziskati posledice tega obdobja in predvsem predstaviti spremembe, ki so se obdržale tudi v obdobju po pandemiji. Skozi proučevanje obdobja epidemije iščemo razlike in odklone, predvsem pri načinu novinarskega dela in produkciji dnevnoinformativnih oddaj 24UR. V magistrskem delu je največ časa posvečenega spremembam televizijskega novinarstva in produkciji oddaj med epidemijo covida-19, kar je v empiričnem delu proučeno z analizo šestih dnevnoinformativnih oddaj 24UR. S polstrukturiranimi intervjuji s petnajstimi člani uredništva 24UR pa so predstavljene tehnologije in inovacije, ki so se obdržale do danes, in kaj to pomeni za televizijsko novinarstvo. Končne ugotovitve kažejo, da je bilo za mnoge člane uredniške ekipe 24UR obdobje epidemije naporno in zahtevno, saj so morali spremeniti delovne navade, nekateri celo svoje delovno okolje, da je delo potekalo karseda nemoteno in se spremembe niso odražale v formatu oddaje. Glavna lastnost, ki se je obdržala do danes, je snemanje izjav na daljavo, predvsem prek platforme Zoom.

Secondary abstract:	The master’s thesis addresses the changes brought about by the period of COVID-19 for television journalism and the adjustments that the members of the 24UR editorial team at POP TV have made in their work on this account. The aim of the master’s thesis is to explore the consequences of this period and, above all, to present the changes that have persisted in the post-pandemic period. Our study of the epidemic period sought differences and deviations, especially in how 24UR produced its daily news programs and journalism. The empirical section of the master’s thesis focuses on analyzing six 24UR daily news programs to examine changes in television journalism and program production during the COVID-19 pandemic. 24UR’s journalism and production of programs during the epidemic of COVID-19 are the focus of the master’s thesis. Semi-structured interviews with fifteen members of the 24UR editorial team are used to present the technologies and innovations that have survived to the present day, and what this means for television journalism. The final findings show that for many members of the 24UR editorial team, the epidemic period was a busy and challenging one, as they had to change their working habits, some even their working environment, to keep the work running as smoothly as possible and to avoid the changes being reflected in the format of the show. The key feature that has remained to this day is the remote recording of statements, mainly via the Zoom platform.
