Konstruiranje štančnega orodja za prebijanje prirobnice grelca

Abstract

V okviru diplomskega dela smo konstruirali štančno orodje za prebijanje prirobnice grelca za bojlerje. Orodje je omogočilo izdelavo dveh različic prirobnic z luknjami za cevi Ø16 mm in Ø12 mm. Projekt je predstavljal nov projekt za podjetje KEV d. o. o., ki je proizvodnjo prirobnic izvedlo v svojih prostorih, končni izdelki pa so bili uporabljeni v podjetju TIKI HVAC d. o. o.

Secondary abstract:	For the purpose of this paper, we designed a stamping tool for heater flange punching for water heaters. The tool was used to make two versions of flanges with holes for pipes with Ø16 mm and Ø12 mm. This was a new project for the KEV company, which made the flanges in their own facility, and the final products were used in the TIKI HVAC company.
