Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je prikazana uporaba tehnologije razširjene resničnosti (AR) pri vizualni kontroli konstrukcijskih sestavov. V industriji so natančne pozicije delov ključne za funkcionalnost izdelkov, pri čemer lahko odstopanja povzročijo težave pri montaži in predstavljajo nekakovost. Na primeru konkretnega podsklopa je prikazan postopek – od 3D modeliranja v SolidWorksu do priprave modela v programu Twyn Studio ter izvedbe kontrole v aplikaciji Twyn View. Rezultati kažejo, da AR izboljša hitrost, natančnost in zanesljivost kontrole ter je enostavna za uporabo.

Secondary abstract: This thesis presents the use of augmented reality (AR) technology for visual inspection of structural assemblies. In industry, precise part positioning is crucial for product functionality, as deviations can lead to assembly issues and reduced quality. A specific subassembly case demonstrates the process—from 3D modeling in SolidWorks to model preparation in Twyn Studio and inspection using the Twyn View application. The results show that AR improves the speed, accuracy, and reliability of inspections, while the software is easy to use even for less experienced users.
