| Secondary abstract: | The final thesis investigates the influence of temperature on the elastoplastic stress-strain response of an aluminum alloy. The thesis includes a literature review on the topics of elastoplasticity, material fatigue, and types of loading. With the theoretical knowledge, we will develop a computer program that uses Prandtl operators to simulate the elastoplastic response of the aluminum alloy under cyclic thermomechanical loading. |
