Abstract

Secondary title: Controlled heating vessel
Secondary abstract: This thesis presents the development of a heating chamber controlled by a Siemens S7 1214c programmable logic controller. Based on simulation results, key dimensions were defined, followed by the design of the structure, creation of technical documentation, and system assembly. The heating unit and fans can be independently controlled via the programmable logic controller. A human-machine interface unit (HMI) is used to monitor temperature readings from two sensors and to adjust fan and heater operation. The system is compact and allows for easy connection and relocation.
