Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali motivacijo zaposlenih za izobraževanje v podjetju Akron d. o. o.. Podjetje Akron d. o. o. je eno izmed vodilnih podjetij v Sloveniji, ki se ukvarja z izdelavo pohištva in vgradnih omar. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene osnove motivacije, motivacijski dejavniki, motivacijske teorije, osnove izobraževanja, cilji in vrste izobraževanja, značilnosti izobraževanja odraslih in oblike ter metode izobraževanja. V drugem, empiričnem delu pa so zaposleni rešili anketni vprašalnik. Z analizo odgovorov smo ugotavljali, kateri so tisti dejavniki, ki vplivajo na izobraževanje ter kateri dejavniki jih ovirajo pri tem. Zanimala so nas tudi področja, na katerih bi se želeli dodatno izobraževati, kdaj bi jim časovno izobraževanje najbolj ustrezalo, katera oblika bi jim najbolj ustrezala ter kako so najpogosteje obveščeni o izobraževanjih.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis, we researched the motivation of employees for education and training in the company Akron d. o. o.. The company Akron d. o. o. in one of the leading companies in Slovenia engaged in the production of furniture an built-in wardrobes. The thesis consists of two parts. In the theoretical part, we examined the basics of motivation, motivational factors, motivational theories, fundamentals of education, objectives and types of education, some aspect of adult education, and forms and metod of education. In the second, empirical part, the employees completed a questionnaire. By analyzing the responses, we identified the factors the influence their willings to participate in training and the factors that hinder them. We were also interested in the areas in which they would like to further their education, when the timin gof education wouls suit them best, which form of education would be most appropriate fort hem, and how often they are informed about training opportunities.
