Abstract

Diplomsko delo temelji na optimizaciji snovnega prenosa plinov iz reakcijske mešanice v tekoči sorbent preko votle PTFE membrane. Velik del predstavljajo zasnova in postavitev visokotlačnega reaktorskega sistema, nizkotlačnega desorpcijskega sistema, tlačni testi in testi prenosa ogljikovega dioksida prek membrane v demineralizirano vodo kot sorbent pri različnih pogojih. Sledi analiza izhodne mešanice na plinskem kromatografu, analiza in računska interpretacija podatkov. Glavni namen diplomskega dela je okarakterizirati in situ način separacije plinov iz reakcijske mešanice, s pomočjo votle porozne PTFE membrane in tekočih sorbentov in predlagati smernice, ki so uporabne za nadaljnje raziskovalno delo in prehod na izvajanje reakcije v tem sistemu.

Secondary abstract: The thesis is based on the optimisation of the mass transfer of gases from a reaction mixture through a hollow porous PTFE membrane to the liquid sorbent inside. A large part of it consists of the design and set-up of a high-pressure reactor system, a low-pressure desorption system, pressure tests and tests of the transfer of carbon dioxide through the membrane into demineralised water as sorbent, under different conditions. This is followed by the analysis of the outlet mixture on a gas chromatograph, analysis and computational interpretation of the data. The main objective of the thesis is to characterise the in-situ separation of gases from the reaction mixture, using a hollow porous PTFE membrane and liquid sorbents, and to propose useful guidelines for further research work and the transition to the implementation of the reaction in this system.
