Industrija 5.0

vpliv na zaposlene in družbo skozi kritično perspektivo

Abstract

Industrija 5.0 predstavlja naslednjo industrijsko revolucijo, ki v ospredje postavlja človeka ter pomen sodelovanja med človekom in strojem. Raziskovalna naloga obravnava, kako razvoj industrije 5.0 vpliva na delovne in življenjske razmere zaposlenih. Cilj naloge je predstaviti glavne značilnosti industrije 5.0, predstaviti priložnosti, ki jih ponuja, ter izpostaviti izzive, ki jih prinaša. V nalogi je predstavljen teoretični pregled literature o industriji 5.0, predvsem pa je podan kritičen pogled na industrijo 5.0. Industrija 5.0 bo vsebovala ključen element, to je osredotočenost na človeka. Glavne značilnosti industrije 5.0 bodo sodelovanje med človekom in robotom, umetna inteligenca, sodelujoči roboti in nove tehnologije. Industrija 5.0 bo prinesla nove oblike zaposlitve, preobrazila delo in uvedla nove tehnologije. Presegla bo meje industrije in prodrla tudi v naša življenja, s tem pa prinesla številne izzive, s katerimi se bo potrebno spoprijeti. Prehod na industrijo 5.0 tako ne bo samo tehnološki, ampak bo vplival na družbo kot celoto.

Secondary abstract:	Industry 5.0 represents the next industrial revolution, that will put an emphasis on a human being alongside the cooperation between man and the machine. The research thesis explores the development of industry 5.0 and its impact on work and lifestyle conditions. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the main characteristics of industry 5.0 and to present the opportunities it brings, but also to outline the challenges it introduces. The thesis presents a theoretical review of the literature on industry 5.0, and above all, a critical view of industry 5.0 is given. Industry 5.0 will contain a key element, which is a focus on humans. The main characteristics of industry 5.0 will be human-robot collaboration, artificial intelligence, collaborative robots and new technologies. Industry 5.0 will bring new forms of employment, transform work and introduce new technologies. It will transcend the boundaries of industry and penetrate our lives, bringing with it numerous challenges that will need to be addressed. The transition to industry 5.0 will therefore not only be technological, but will also affect society as a whole.
