Abstract

Enaminoni so pomembne spojine za sintezo kompleksnejših organskih molekul, saj lahko zaradi svoje strukture sodelujejo v številnih reakcijah. Dve izmed teh sta aza-de Mayova reakcija in fotokataliziran prenos vodikovega atoma (HAT), s katerima se prek anuliranja lahko hitro pripravi ciklične spojine. V diplomskem delu sem iz Weinrebovega amida substituirane glikolne kisline sintetiziral keton in iz njega z N,N-dimetilformamid dimetil acetalom (DMFDMA) pripravil enaminon. Enaminon in nekaj drugih derivatov sem uporabil v aza-de Mayovi reakciji in fotokatalizirani HAT reakciji. Na enaminone sem izvedel tudi 1,4-adicijo Grignardovega reagenta.

Secondary title: Synthesis of enaminones based on glycolic acid derivatives and their use in photocatalyzed transformations
Secondary abstract: Enaminones are important compounds for the synthesis of complex organic molecules, as their structure allows them to partake in numerous reactions. Two of these are aza-de Mayo reaction and photocatalyzed hydrogen atom transfer (HAT), which can be used to quickly obtain cyclic compounds via annulation. In my diploma thesis, I synthesized a ketone from Weinreb's amide of a substituted glycolic acid, and converted it into an enaminone using N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal (DMFDMA). I used the enaminone and several other derivatives in the aza-de Mayo reaction and in photocatalyzed HAT reaction. I also carried out the 1,4-addition of a Grignard reagent on enaminone reagents.
