Abstract

Proces izdelave betonskih kanalizacijskih tunelov vključuje številna delovna tveganja, ki zahtevajo skrbno načrtovanje in izvajanje varnostnih ukrepov pri delu. Takšen proces zajema fazo dela v proizvodnih halah na sedežu podjetja ter fazo dela, povezano z montažo opažev na lokaciji gradnje tunelov. V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili in preučevali tveganja pri varjenju in peskanju, kjer so delavci izpostavljeni različnim nevarnostim. Podjetje učinkovito zagotavlja varnost z različnimi tehničnimi in organizacijskimi ukrepi, pri čemer ima ključno vlogo tudi uporaba osebne varovalne opreme (OVO). Ta vključuje zaščito glave, sluha, oči, dihal, rok, telesa, stopal ter varovalne sisteme za preprečevanje padcev. Pravilna uporaba OVO je bistvenega pomena, saj predstavlja zadnjo obrambno linijo pred poškodbami in poklicnimi boleznimi. Podjetje poleg zagotavljanja ustrezne varnostne opreme redno izvaja strokovna usposabljanja v sodelovanju z zunanjim izvajalcem, specializiranim za varnost in zdravje pri delu, za požarno varnost ter ravnanje z nevarnimi kemikalijami. Pri analizi tveganj smo se oprli na oceno tveganja za delovni mesti varilca in peskarja, ki omogoča sistematično prepoznavanje nevarnosti, oceno njihove resnosti ter določitev ustreznih varnostnih ukrepov za zmanjšanje tveganja in zagotavljanje varnega delovnega okolja. Ugotovitve kažejo, da delavci OVO uporabljajo vestno ne le zaradi nadzora, temveč tudi zaradi visoke ozaveščenosti o pomenu varnosti pri delu.

Secondary title: Occupational safety in a company in the field of manufacturing concrete wastewater tunnels
Secondary abstract: The process of constructing concrete sewage tunnels involves various work-related risks that demand careful planning and the implementation of effective safety measures. This includes work both in the production halls at the company headquarters and on-site during the installation of formwork for tunnel construction. In my thesis, we focused on the risks associated with welding and sandblasting, where workers are exposed to a range of hazards. The company ensures safety through a combination of technical and organizational measures, with personal protective equipment (PPE) playing a central role. This includes protection for the head, hearing, eyes, respiratory system, hands, body, feet, as well as fall protection systems. Proper use of PPE is essential, serving as the final line of defense against injuries and occupational diseases. The findings indicate that workers conscientiously use PPE, not only because of supervision but also due to a strong awareness of its importance in maintaining workplace safety. In addition to providing the necessary safety equipment, the company regularly conducts professional training in collaboration with an external provider specialized in occupational safety, fire safety, and the handling of hazardous chemicals. For the risk analysis, we based our approach on the risk assessments for welders and sandblasters, which enable the systematic identification of hazards, the evaluation of their severity, and the determination of appropriate safety measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
