Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je obravnavano zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju Kodila d. o. o. Namen raziskave je bil preučiti stopnjo zadovoljstva zaposlenih v tem podjetju ter ugotoviti, kateri so dejavniki, ki najbolj, oziroma najmanj, vplivajo na njihovo zadovoljstvo.
V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo podrobno opisali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in ključne dejavnike, ki nanj vplivajo. Poudarili smo tudi pomen merjenja zadovoljstva in posledice nezadovoljstva zaposlenih v organizaciji.
V empiričnem delu smo na podlagi kvantitativne metode opravili raziskavo. Raziskava je bila izvedena s pomočjo ankete, ki je bila poslana vsem zaposlenim v organizaciji.
Rezultati kvantitativne raziskave kažejo, da so zaposleni na splošno zadovoljni v podjetju Kodila d. o. o., pri čemer so dejavniki, ki prispevajo k največjemu zadovoljstvu, varnost zaposlitve ter odnos z nadrejenimi. Rezultati so pokazali tudi, da organizacija dela, tempo dela ter višina plače vplivajo na nezadovoljstvo zaposlenih in da ta področja potrebujejo več pozornosti. Na podlagi ugotovitev raziskave so podjetju predstavljeni predlogi za izboljšavo stanja.

Employee satisfaction in the company Kodila d. o. o. |
| Secondary abstract: |
This thesis examines employee satisfaction at Kodila d.o.o. The research aimed to investigate the level of employee satisfaction within the company and identify the factors that most, and least, influence their satisfaction.
In the theoretical section of the thesis, employee satisfaction and the key factors that influence it are thoroughly described. The importance of measuring satisfaction and the consequences of employee dissatisfaction within the organization are also highlighted.
In the empirical part, a quantitative research method was used. The research was conducted through a survey that was distributed to all employees within the organization.
The results of the quantitative research indicate that employees are generally satisfied with working at Kodila d.o.o., with job security and relationships with supervisors being the key factors contributing to the highest satisfaction. The results also showed that work organization, work pace, and salary level contribute to employee dissatisfaction, and these areas require more attention. Based on the research findings, recommendations for improving the situation were presented to the company. |
