diplomsko delo Visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa I. stopnje Strojništvo - Projektno aplikativni program
Abstract
Sledi opis 3D tiska in možnosti uporabe 3D tiska v industriji.

Design and manufacturing of a device for obtaining 3D filament from plastic bottles |
| Secondary abstract: |
The thesis deals with the design and construction of a device that turns waste plastic bottles into usable filament for a 3D printer. The first part of the thesis presents PET plastic as a raw material for obtaining filament. This is followed by a description of 3D printing and the possibilities of using 3D printing in industries. The thesis describes the components used in the device we designed. The connections of the mentioned components are explained and how the used components are attached to the device itself. The process of using the device and things to be avoided are described. This is followed by the search for optimal temperature and winding speed parameters for the device and parameters for printing with the produced PET filament. At the end, there is a comparison of the produced PET filament with the purchased PLA filament, where the filaments are compared on the basis of the printed product. |
