Abstract

Sodobna proizvodna podjetja se soočajo z izzivi optimizacije internih logističnih procesov, ki zahtevajo fleksibilne in agilne rešitve za transport materiala. Kljub temu da so avtonomni mobilni roboti na trgu in v svetu že relativno pogosti, imamo v Sloveniji zelo malo podjetij, ki omenjeno tehnologijo uporabljajo oz. imajo ustrezne kompetence. Namen magistrskega dela je prikaz in opis celotnega procesa in končne realizacije projekta vpeljave AMR-jev v interni logistični proces proizvodnega podjetja. Predstavili bomo okvirne smernice in korake, s pomočjo katerih bodo lahko tudi ostala slovenska podjetja transformirala svoje logistične procese in povečala dodano vrednost.

Secondary abstract: Modern manufacturing companies face the challenge of optimizing internal logistics processes, which require flexible and agile material transport solutions. Although autonomous mobile robots are globally relatively widespread and available on the market, there are still very few companies in Slovenia that use this technology or possess the necessary competencies. The purpose of this master’s thesis is to present and describe the entire process and the final implementation of the project for introducing AMRs into the internal logistics process of a manufacturing company. We will outline general guidelines and steps that other Slovenian companies can follow to transform their logistics processes and increase added value.
