Secondary abstract: | The thesis shows the characteristics of the Building Cadastre, especially the contents of the Building Cadastre detailed report in Slovenia. Based on the existing data from the Building Cadastre detailed report, using the appropriate software, the development of a 3D model of the building will be presented. The analysis of Cadastre data will be presented along with its lack of data, which should be included in the Cadastre today, for the later development of 3D models of buildings. The inclusion of a 3D model of the building into the Building Cadastre detailed report would help in better presentation of the real property and other real rights in complex buildings. |
