Ekonomski učinki posodobitve proizvodne linije v podjetju Iskara d.d., "montaža statorjev"

Abstract

V nalogi je predstavljen predlog posodobitve proizvodne linije montaža statorjev v podjetju Iskra Avtoelektrika d. d. in prikazana je smiselnost naložbe. Statorji predstavljajo fiksni del zaganjalnika. V njem je nameščen rotor, ki opravlja krono gibanje. Pri sami proizvodnji statorja je pomembna kvaliteta le -teh, da pri kasnejšem sklopu ne povzroča problemov pri centriranju samega rotorja. Sama proizvodnja statorjev v podjetju ni popolna zaradi nekoliko zastarele tehnologije izdelave. Iz tega sledi, da je za dobro izdelavo teh potrebno dodatno delo, ki povzroča dodatne stroške in celo zmanjšuje samo kvaliteto izdelkov. Zato smo v nalogi predstavili posodobitev proizvodne linije, na kateri se izdeluje statorje in jo tudi ovrednotili. Ovrednotili smo jo s pomočjo metode, ki vključuje analizo stroškov in naložbo posodobitve.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma work the modernization of the assembly of stators in Iskra Avtoelektrika, incorporated company, is presented, and reasonableness of investment is shown. Stators present the fixed part of the starter. There is a rotor installed in it, which performs circular motion. For the production of stators their quality is important, so that later there are no problems with centring of the rotor. The production of stators in the company is not perfect because of a bit old-fashioned technology. So for a good production of these products extra work is needed, which causes extra costs and even reduces the quality of products. For this reason a modernization of the production line for stators is presented and evaluated in this diploma work. It was evaluated with the help of the method that includes cost analysis and modernization investment.
