Ocena učinkovitosti naložb v gradnjo avtoservisne delavnice

Abstract

V diplomskem delu prikazujemo dve možnosti izgradnje in zagona avtoservisne delavnice podjetja Avto Inn, ki se ukvarja z avtoservisnimi storitvami ter s prodajo vozil in rezervnih delov. Zaradi obsega dela in širitve dejavnosti postajajo obratovalni prostori podjetja pretesni. Vodstvo podjetja se je odločilo za novogradnjo prostorov na novi primernejši lokaciji. Poleg predstavitve podjetja, naloga zajema prikaz ocene stroškov novogradnje obratovalnih prostorov, ki so nujno potrebni za nadaljnje nemoteno in kvalitetno opravljanje storitev. V nalogi so prikazane potrebne naložbe in viri financiranja ter ocene skupnih donosov in stroškov. V zaključnem delu naloge prikazujemo primerjavo obeh razpoložljivih možnosti, med katerima se mora vodstvo podjetja Avto Inn odločiti.

Secondary abstract:	This thesis presents two options for setting up an auto shop as part of the company Avto Inn. Avto Inn offers services connected with car repair, and alsosells cars and supplies replacement parts. The volume of work and planed enlargement of the business demands more space. The management of the company has decided to build new facilities at another more suitable location. In addition to presenting the company, the thesis also includes an estimate of the cost of building the new facilities, which are necessary for continuing toprovide quality services without interruption. The thesis also presents the necessary investments, financial resources, and estimates the total yield and costs. The thesis concludes with a comparison of the two options available to the management at Avto Inn.
