Abstract

V diplomskem delu so predstavljene tokovne razmere v izparilniku hladilnika, pridobljene s pomočjo programskega paketa Ansys CFX 11. Izparilnik je bil narejen po sistemu ROLL-BOND. Modeli uporabljeni v preračunih so bili ena ravna plošča, dve ravni plošči, tri ravne plošče ter dve plošči s motilniki. V preračunu je bil uporabljen standardni k — ε turbulentni model. Predstavljeni rezultati prikazujejo značilno mejno plast vzdolž plošč izparilnika. Prav tako padec povprečne temperature na izhodu iz izparilnika, padec tlaka in hladilno moč. Določeni podatki, ki so bili primerjani z rezultati iz drugih virov, potrjujejo pravilno izbiro računskih modelov in potrjujejo uporabo numerične analize tokovnih razmer kot primerno za preučevanje tovrstnih problemov.

Secondary title: Numerical analysis of flow circumstances in evaporator designed ROLL-BOND system
Secondary abstract: In this diploma work we performed a numerical analysis of flow circumstances through evaporator calculated with Ansys CFX 11. In my diploma I presented current situation in refrigerator evaporator, obtained through the software package ANSYS CFX 11th. Evaporator was made under the system ROLL-BOND. Models, used in my recalculations, were one flat plate, two flat plates, three flat plates and two plates with disorders. In my calculations I used a standard k – ε turbulent model. Results I have showen in my diploma show significantly limit layer along the evaporator plates. They also show the fall of evarage temperature at the outlet of evaporator, pressure drop and cooling power. Certain results, which were compared with results from other sources, confirm the correct choice of account modeling and confirm the usage of a numerical analysis of current situation as appropriate for studying theese kind of problems.
