Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo se usmerili v zmanjševanje rabe električne energije v kondenzacijskem sušilniku perila. V svetu se že nekaj let pojavlja ta trend in tudi težnja k čim manjši rabi energije. Direktive na tem področju so iz leta v leto strožje, zato moramo proizvajalci bele tehnike stremeti k čim manjši rabi električne energije naših aparatov. Zato so zahteve, po katerih moramo imeti naše aparate označene z deklaracijo o rabi električne energije, vedno bolj ostre. Sedaj se uporabljajo na primer A – 50 %. Po novi direktivi se bodo uporabljale oznake A+++. Proizvajalci bolj potratnih aparatov, imajo na marsikaterem tržišču problem, ker z zakoni prepovedujejo njihovo prodajo. V prvem delu naloge je opisana kratka kronologija podjetja. V drugem delu sledijo opis stanja in teoretične postavke možnih rešitev, ki so temelj praktičnih meritev in dejanskih rešitev. V tretjem delu so predstavljene dejanske rešitve in izboljšave na področju zmanjšanja porabe električne energije. Predstavljene so priprave testnega perila na meritve, funkcionalne meritve in matematični izračuni po ustreznem standardu. Namen naloge je bil preučitev možnosti za praktično zmanjšanje porabe električne energije in s tem biti v stiku z vedno bolj ostrimi zahtevami na tržišču. Rezultat testiranj, opravljenih v sklopu diplomske naloge, je pokazal, da sta možna zmanjšanje porabe električne energije za 0,024 kWh/kg in skrajšanje časa sušenja za 2 min/kg.

Secondary abstract: Graduation thesis is aimed at reducing energy consumption in condensing laundry dryer. For many years, there is present tendency to minimize energy consumption in appliances all over the world. Directives and requirements in this area are stricter each year, so as the producers of white appliances, we have to strive at minimizing energy consumption in our appliances. As a result, the demands of labelling our appliances with energy consumption declaration are getting stricter. Now we are using labels with markings like A -50%, but with new directive we will have to use markings like A+++. Producers of appliances with greater energy consumption have a lot of problems on the market, because their appliances don't meet the law and are prohibited to sell. In the first part of thesis there is a short chronology of the company. In the second part there is a description of problem and theoretical solutions, which are foundation to the practical measurements and real solutions of the problem. In last part there are real solutions and improvements in the area of reducing energy consumption. There are presented preparations of test laundry for the measurements, functional measurements and mathematical calculations according to standard. Purpose of this graduation thesis was to study possibilities to practically reduce energy consumption in our appliances, so we could follow increasingly stricter requirements on the market. Result of testing in this graduation thesis has shown, that there is possible to reduce energy consumption for 0,024 kWh/kg and reduce drying time for 2 min/kg.
