Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo se posvetili proučevanju faz življenjskega cikla podjetja ter možnih kriz in obvladovanju le-teh. Naloga je razdeljena na dva dela, in sicer teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo po Pümpin in Prangeju (1995) proučili življenjski cikel podjetij, in sicer pionirsko, rastočo, zrelo in fazo preobrata podjetij. Podjetje lahko uspešno preide iz ene fazo v drugo, lahko v določeni ostane, ali se vrne v predhodno fazo, ali pa celo neha poslovati. Za obstoj in poslovanje podjetja je v veliki meri odgovoren management, ki se mora znati pravilno spopasti s krizo v določeni fazi. Glede na reagiranje managementa na morebitno krizo se lahko v podjetju oblikuje proaktivni ali reaktivni krizni management. V empiričnem delu naloge smo na primeru podjetja J&P Karakal d.o.o. diagnosticirali razvojne faze podjetja, določili krizno stanje podjetja ter ocenili delovanje managementa.

Secondary abstract: In this dissertation we have focused on the study of phases of the life cycle and potential crises and manage of these. The project is divided into two parts, namely theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part we sum up by Pümpin and Prangeju (1995) life cycle of companies, namely pioneering stage, growing, mature, and phase reversal companies. Company to successfully pass from one phase to another, may provide remain or return to the previous stage, or even cease to operate. For the existence and operations of the company is largely responsible management, which must be able to properly deal with the crisis at some stage. According to react to any crisis management, the company can develop a proactive or a reactive crisis management. In the empirical part we have the case of J & P Karakal d.o.o.. diagnosed developmental stage companies, defined crisis situation of the company and evaluated the operation management.
