Dejavnosti nabavne logistike v podjetju Unior, d.d.

Abstract

Diplomsko delo je v grobem razdeljeno na dva dela in sicer na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu smo s pomočjo strokovne literature domačih in tujih avtorjev opredelili nabavo in logistiko, v praktičnem delu pa smo s pomočjo zaposlenih in ob pomoči internih podatkov opisali dejavnosti nabavne logistike podjetja Unior d.d. V drugem poglavju smo opisali splošne značilnosti nabavne funkcije, pojasnili pojem nabave, njene cilje in naloge ter opisali organiziranost nabavne funkcije. V tretjem poglavju smo opisali pojem in pomen logistike, opredelili logistični sistem in njegove cilje, opisali mednarodno logistiko ter podrobneje opredelili logistične podsisteme. V četrtem poglavju smo podrobneje opisali dejavnosti nabavne logistike, njene cilje ter s teoretičnega vidika opredelili pomen zunanjega transporta in skladiščenja. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela smo najprej na kratko predstavili podjetje Unior d.d. in njegove osnovne programe, nato pa s pomočjo nabavnega osebja opredelili dejavnosti nabavne logistike obravnavanega podjetja. Te dejavnosti zajemajo: izbor dobaviteljev, naročanje materiala, proizvoda, storitev in kemikalij, izdelavo pogodbe in tehnično prevzemnih pogojev, transport blaga, prevzem blaga, reklamacijski postopek, skladiščenje in vhod v proizvodnjo, poročanje vhodne kontrole, likvidacijo računov ter evidenco in arhiviranje.

Secondary abstract:	My diploma work is roughly divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In theoretical part we determined purchasing and logistics with the help of Slovene and foreign professional literature. In practical part we described activities of purchasing logistics in the company Unior with the help of employees and internal data. In the second chapter we described general features of purchasing function, we explained the concept of purchasing, its goals and tasks and also described the organization of purchasing function. In the third chapter we described the concept and the meaning of logistics, we determined logistical system and its goals, we described international logistics and made a detailed determination of logistical subsystems. In the fourth chapter we described in details the activities of purchasing logistics and its goals and we determined the meaning of external transport and storage from a theoretical point of view. At the beginning of the practical part we briefly introduced the company Unior and its basic programs. Then we determined the activities of purchasing logistics of the company with the help of purchasing department personnel. These activities capture: selection of suppliers, ordering of material, product, services and chemicals, making contracts and technical takeover conditions, transport of merchandise, takeover of merchandise, claim procedure, storage and entrance in production, reporting of receiving inspection, liquidation of accounts and also keeping records and filing.
