Abstract

V diplomskem seminarju je narejena študija izvedljivosti projekta kotlovnice na lesno biomaso v primerjavi z ekstra lahkim kurilnim oljem. Do leta 2004 je občinsko podjetje na ekstra lahko kurilno olje ogrevalo šest stanovanjskih objektov. Zdravstveni dom so ogrevali na utekočinjeni naftni plin. Podatke za izdelavo ekonomskih izračunov smo vzeli iz tabele sedanje in prihodnje rabe toplote ter iz tabele rekapitulacije stroškov. Predstavili smo dve različici daljinskega ogrevanja objektov na lesne sekance in na ekstra lahko kurilno olje v letih 2004, 2005 in 2012. Podrobno smo opisali stroške obratovanja in vzdrževanja opredmetenih sredstev, stroške nabave goriva, izračun stopnje amortizacije gradbenih del in opreme ter izračun načrta prihodkov nad odhodki. V zadnjem sklopu diplomskega seminarja smo prikazali primerjavo izračunov donosnosti in gospodarnosti med lesnimi sekanci in ekstra lahkim kurilnim oljem. Na osnovi izračunov smo ugotovili, da je ogrevanje na lesno biomaso gospodarnejše v primerjavi z ekstra lahkim kurilnim oljem. Naložba v izgradnjo ogrevanja na lesno biomaso se povrne v 8 letih.

Secondary title: Economic aspects of the introduction of heating with biomass compared to heating oil
Secondary abstract: A study of feasibility of the project for boiler room using wood biomass compared to the extra light heating oil has been made in this undergraduate thesis. Up until 2004 the communal company has been heating six blocks of flats. The medical center has been heated with liquefied petroleum gas. The data for creating the economic calculation have been taken from the table of the analysis of current and future heat usage as well as from the table of recapitulative costs. We have introduced two options of district heating of buildings using the wood chip and extra light heating oil in 2004, 2005 and 2012. We have described in detail the operating costs and the maintenance of physical assets, the purchase costs of heating oil, the calculation of depreciation rate of construction works and equipment as well as the calculation of estimate of revenue over expenses. In the final part of the undergraduate thesis we have shown the comparison of the calculation of profitability, economy between the wood chips and extra light heating oil. Based on the calculations we have found that the heating using wood biomass is more economical compared to light heating oil. The investment into setting up heating using biomass is repaid in 8 years.
